provides the following services:

Finances (Money)
Preparing Food (Cooking)
Providing people with the Supportive Housing Program and the supportive services they need allows consumers to begin a journey of healing and transformation enabling them to live a meaningful life in a community of their choice while striving to achieve their full potential.
Team Mental Health's Permanent Supportive Housing Program is designed to assist mentally ill adults living in adult foster care homes, semi-independent living or skill building Homes to obtain and maintain independent living.
As a part of the housing program consumers will receive ongoing supportive services that include:
Socializing
These skills are provided to the consumers by the Supportive Housing Team and additional support services. These services allow consumers to remain in housing of their choice while becoming a part of their community.
